For this reason, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges — except for items that arrive defective, as described below. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

We stand by the quality of our products and guarantee that every hijab is delivered in perfect condition. If you receive a defective item due to a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will assess the case accordingly.
